Hair extensions are human hair and Sophie brown hair extensions doesn’t make this hair only supply’s if there’s any issues with the product the hair would need to be removed by Sophie and sent back to the company for testing. This can only be done if Sophie brown hair extensions products have been used and aftercare has been fully followed. It’s down to the hair suppliers to determine the outcome of any issues in regards to the extensions.
